Bachelor's degree

5+ years of relevant experience working with Agile methodology and distributed teams

Strong project management skills, including budgeting, scheduling, and communication

Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel

Experience with collecting, analyzing, and reporting key data

Experience in program evaluation including evidence-based practices and outcome measurement

Experience navigating governmental, business, and community landscape and various audiences/stakeholders

Experience of working with federal programs at the federal, state, local level, and/or private sector

Experience developing and implementing large-scale public initiatives and projects

A working knowledge of regulatory and statutory compliance requirements for federal programs
